What data we collect and why

Only what you voluntarily give us, and always for a specific purpose:

Product sign-up and onboarding (account data, your website URL, product description, ICP configuration): to build your Company Brain and run your campaigns. This data lives on app.revcognition.com, not on this website.
Payment data (processed by Stripe, not stored by us): to process payment for packs purchased from the app.
Business contact data collected during prospecting: processed on the basis of legitimate interest in B2B communications, always with an immediate opt-out option on every message sent.

Who has access to your data

Strictly operational data processors: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email delivery), cloud infrastructure providers (Vercel or equivalent). We do not sell data to third parties. We do not use it to train general-purpose models. We do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

The minimum necessary. Analysis requests are archived for 12 months so we can respond to any follow-up questions. Tax data associated with payments is kept for the legally required accounting period. Business prospecting data is deleted upon the data subject's request, or after 14 days of no interaction if there is no subsequent contractual basis.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability. Exercising any of them is as simple as writing to [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. If you believe we haven't handled it properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Only cookies strictly necessary for operation (those Stripe may set during the payment process).
