Where does the contact data come from?
Contacts come from partner databases specialized in professional information. Before writing, every email address is verified to keep bounces low, and every email includes an unsubscribe option: anyone who unsubscribes never receives anything again, in compliance with regulations.
Will I end up in spam?
It's the first reasonable doubt, especially if you've never done cold outreach. That's why we never send from your firm's or agency's own inbox: you use a dedicated, separate sending domain, which authenticates automatically and ramps up its volume gradually over the first few weeks, until it reaches full volume. Your main inbox is never touched, and your reputation with your current clients stays out of it.
What happens when someone replies?
Every reply is read and classified automatically: interested, not interested, aggressive, or out of office. If there's interest, the sequence pauses instantly, we notify you by email and Telegram, and the prospect receives your Cal.com link to book directly, with no back-and-forth emails. If there's no interest or the reply is hostile, the thread is closed carefully and never contacted again. As with any email, every message carries an unsubscribe option; anyone who unsubscribes never receives anything again.
